| Biography: |
| Dr. Peter Jacobsen has a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of California San Francisco. He is director of the Oral Medicine Clinic and Director of Oral Diagnosis and Treatment Planning at the University of the Pacific Dental School. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Medicine and past Chairperson of the Council on Dental Therapeutics of the ADA. He also maintains aprivate practice in general dentistry in San Francisco. Dr. Jacobsen has a national reputation and presents continuing education courses on a variety of topics. He has lectured extensively on the subject of drugs used in dentistry, and has published a booklet for easy reference on commonly prescribed dental drugs. |
